We invite experts from academia, education and testing, public institutions, and related fields to speak at the International Symposium 2026 -Quality, Validity, and the Future of Standardized Language Tests.

Together, we want to discuss solutions to current and future challenges:

  • How can language tests become more reliable?
  • How can we ensure fairness?
  • Which models and technologies will ensure quality in the future?
  • How can we address global challenges such as digitization, task rotation, and international comparability?

As a speaker, you will have the opportunity to contribute your scientific research, practical experience, and innovative perspectives, thereby contributing to the further development of international testing.

Guidelines:

  • Contributions can take the form of presentations or workshops.
  • Contributions can be held in German or French.
  • Contributions must relate to one of the above-mentioned topics.

Submission deadline: February 15, 2026

Please fill out the form below to submit your non-binding registration as a speaker. After we receive your request, we will get back to you by March 1, 2026, to discuss all further details regarding your presentation.
