We invite experts from academia, education and testing, public institutions, and related fields to speak at the International Symposium 2026 -Quality, Validity, and the Future of Standardized Language Tests.

Together, we want to discuss solutions to current and future challenges:

How can language tests become more reliable?
How can we ensure fairness?
Which models and technologies will ensure quality in the future?
How can we address global challenges such as digitization, task rotation, and international comparability?

As a speaker, you will have the opportunity to contribute your scientific research, practical experience, and innovative perspectives, thereby contributing to the further development of international testing.

Would you like to participate in the Call for Papers symposium as a speaker? We appreciate your interest and commitment!

Guidelines:

Contributions can take the form of presentations or workshops.
Contributions can be held in German or French.
Contributions must relate to one of the above-mentioned topics.

Submission deadline: February 15, 2026

Please fill out the form below to submit your non-binding registration as a speaker. After we receive your request, we will get back to you by March 1, 2026, to discuss all further details regarding your presentation.
